* Minimum qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in employee relations/investigations, gained in either an HR Business Partners (HRBP) role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.

* Preferred qualifications:
*
* + JD with an employment law focus, or equivalent experience.
+ Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations and performance issues.
+ Ability to successfully work across different identities and apply an intersectional lens in daily work and interactions, operating with empathy, and diffusing/de-escalating difficult conversations/situations.
+ Ability to manage a wide set of stakeholders and influence the outcomes in a global organization.
+ Project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage global projects.
