We’re looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to help us find and engage the people building the future of connectivity.

You’ll work closely with our recruiting lead and technical hiring managers to turn hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies and strong candidate pipelines. You’ll own the front end of the recruiting process: understanding what each team needs, identifying promising talent, writing thoughtful outreach, and leading initial candidate conversations.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hard-to-fill technical searches, brings structure to ambiguous requirements, and builds relationships with people who may not be actively looking for their next opportunity.

• Partner with our recruiting lead and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, distinguish essential skills from preferences, and calibrate searches early.
• Build pipelines across technical disciplines such as software engineering, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, wireless communications, and network engineering.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through Linked In, technical communities, referrals, targeted research, and creative sourcing channels.
• Write personalized outreach that connects a candidate’s experience and interests to the work they could do at Skylo.
• Conduct initial screens to understand candidates’ relevant experience, motivations, career goals, and practical requirements.
• Deliver clear candidate summaries and thoughtful handoffs to the recruiting lead, maintaining engagement as candidates move through the process.
• Map relevant companies and talent markets, sharing insights that help the team refine requirements and prioritize searches.
• Track pipeline health, outreach response rates, and conversion to qualified interviews, using results and hiring manager feedback to improve your approach.
