Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Data AI/ML

You listen to customers and quickly resolve technical issues, demonstrating how our products can enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of web developers and systems administrators, engaging with regional and international clients. Building strong relationships with customers is essential in helping Google grow its Cloud business and enabling global innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Suggest code-level resolutions for complex product bugs by utilizing appropriate tools and effective communication with all stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Resolve technical incidents and escalations by analyzing data using relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python), leveraging custom data infrastructure or existing data models, and interpreting data to determine next steps.
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve support and empower customers to resolve issues using self-service tools and documentation.
  • Report issues related to product, documentation, and procedures by documenting desired behaviors or reproduction steps and driving bugs to resolution.
