Data Analyst, Data Science Manager

In this role you will define and lead strategy to move Intuit Turbo Tax Business experiences into the future, building experiences to serve a growing number of small business customers.

The Turbo Tax Business team develops experiences & services for small businesses that operate as Sole Proprietors, S‑Corps, Partnerships & Multi‑member LLCs that will transform the future of our customers, products, and business.
Responsibilities- Define and champion a compelling multi‑year vision and strategy for expert services for small business customers.
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration for onboarding experiences.
- Act as the hub in a cross‑functional team of talented partners across Design, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Marketing.
- Understand how technology shifts could impact current and future customers and how to harness the power of these technologies to build competitive durable advantage for Intuit.
- Collaborate and work across organizational groups to understand their priorities and identify where emerging technologies can accelerate their innovation for business impact.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, user studies) to validate effectiveness of new onboarding experiences and impact on key metrics like conversion and revenue; drive iteration of experiences based on results
- Anticipate and resolve strategic issues to ensure your team's ability to deliver.
- Translate complex customer needs, technical capabilities, and business opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable customer and financial outcomes.
- Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action.
- 2+ years designing and delivering world‑class consumer‑facing software products
- Solid track record of driving strategy and delivering products that utilize data‑driven methods and AI for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale.
- Experimental mindset, adept at qualitatively and quantitatively validating concepts and assumptions through rapid and iterative testing.
- Strong technical acumen; able to closely engage with engineering and data science regarding system architecture, capabilities, data flows, APIs, and technical considerations.
- Demonstrated ability in recognizing, learning, and using new technologies to solve important customer problems.
- Strong communication and relationship skills, including proven ability to influence strategic decision making.
- Deep customer obsession and strong track record delivering customer value through product innovation inspired by direct customer observations and quantitative data.
- Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, entrepreneurship, data science/analytics, innovation or finance; MBA is a plus (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
