As Contracts Manager, Procurement, you’ll lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations and partner closely with technical, finance, and operations teams to enable rapid growth while managing contractual risk.
This role is ideal for a hands-on contract professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure where little exists.
- Draft and review a broad range of procurement agreements.
- Support procurement efforts related to technology, infrastructure, capital equipment, SaaS, and services.
- Partner closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and operations teams to align contractual terms with business and technical objectives.
- Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to enable efficient, scalable contracting.
- Help implement and optimize contract management systems and processes.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including redlines, approvals, and execution.
- 5–10 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on procurement and technology agreements.
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS, hardware, and vendor agreements.
- Ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
- Background in high-growth startups or scaling technology companies.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or highly technical environments.
- Experience implementing or managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
