About the Role

As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user journey for critical acquisition experiences and ensuring compliance with global standards. You'll contribute to key projects by transforming complex business requirements into intuitive user interface patterns for global subscription services and premium content offerings. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate, collaborate with diverse teams, and see your designs come to life for a massive user base.

Key Responsibilities
  • End‑to‑End Feature Design:
    Create high‑quality wireframes, mockups, and flows for acquisition experiences, including free trials, installment plans, and international pricing expansions.
  • Compliance & Trust:
    Partner closely with Legal and Engineering teams to design seamless user interfaces for high‑priority regulatory requirements, such as cancellation flows and price change notifications.
  • System Maintenance:
    Maintain and evolve the Commerce UI Library, ensuring design assets are reusable, scalable, and aligned with global design standards.
  • Iterative Innovation:
    Proactively identify user experience friction points and deliver creative solutions through rapid prototyping and collaborative engagement with stakeholders.
  • Design Execution:
    Build design tools, prototypes, and models that inform product ideation and user research efforts.
  • Strategic

    Collaboration:

    Influence design intention by collaborating effectively with engineers and product managers, managing technical specifications for implementation.
  • Market Scaling:
    Tailor designs to meet international market constraints and adhere to global accessibility guidelines.
  • Data‑Driven Design:
    Propose and utilize key metrics to evaluate product impact and understand user trends within the competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Skills

Must‑Have

Qualifications:

  • Expertise:
    Proficiency in UX Design and Interaction Design.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of systems thinking, craftsmanship, and the product development lifecycle.
  • Communication:
    Strong storytelling and presentation skills to gain partner support for design visions.

Nice‑to‑Have

Qualifications:

  • Industry

    Experience:

    Experience in commerce, fintech, or large‑scale e‑commerce environments.
  • Platform Design:
    Experience designing for TV platforms.
  • Design Systems: A passion for building shared component libraries and design frameworks.
  • Research Partnership:
    Experience partnering with user researchers to validate designs and inform iterations.
  • Visual & Prototyping

    Skills:

    Strong visual design capabilities and advanced UX prototyping skills.
