Nokia Charging Solution Architect

Senior JIRA Administrator / Automation Engineer to drive efficiency through advanced automation and enterprise-level Atlassian administration. This role will own Jira configuration, automation scripting, dashboarding, and data integrations while partnering closely with leadership to optimize agile delivery and resource planning.

• Configure and maintain Jira instances, including workflows, custom fields, screens, permission schemes, and user roles
• Administer Jira Advanced Roadmaps for capacity and resource planning

• Design and implement complex automation using Groovy (Script Runner),
  Java
  , Python
  , and related tools
• Eliminate manual, repetitive processes through intelligent automation
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards, filters, and reports
• Provide visibility into project health, capacity, utilization, and forecasting
• Leverage EasyBI and other analytics/visualization tools
• Design and maintain automated data pipelines across data lake and data warehouse architectures
• Work within the Snowflake ecosystem to support analytics and reporting

• Act as SME for Agile (Scrum, Kanban, scaled agile)
• Ensure Atlassian tools enforce agile best practices across teams

• Partner with leadership to identify automation opportunities and demonstrate ROI
• Provide training and documentation for technical and non-technical users
• Continuously audit workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a Jira / Atlassian Administrator in a corporate environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Python
  , and automation scripting
• Deep knowledge of Jira configuration and enterprise implementations
• Experience with Snowflake
  , data lakes, and dashboarding
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train diverse audiences

• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks
• Atlassian Certifications (ACP-JA, ACP-JSM)
