Our global reach means we get to make a direct impact on the world’s workforce in ways no other company can. We’re much more than a digital resume – we transform lives through innovative products and technology.

At Linked In, we strive to help our employees find passion and purpose. Join us in changing the way the world works.

About the Team:

The Linked In Business Platform powers the end-to-end purchase lifecycle for Linked In’s online and field‑sold products. It supports critical business functions across multiple customer types, geographies, and product lines. Designed for adaptability and scale, the platform serves as the foundation for seamless transactions and enables multi‑dimensional growth for the company.

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our LBP design team and lead design for Linked In's core user‑facing help and concierge experiences. This is a critical backfill role that will shape how millions of members and customers get support, discover features, and unlock value across Linked In's products.

What this role will be working on:

You'll be responsible for designing the next generation of our help ecosystem, merging reactive support with proactive recommendations across three interconnected products:

AI Concierge:
Linked In's unified customer engagement platform that consolidates help, support, and proactive guidance into a single conversational experience.

In‑Product Help 2.0 (IPH 2.0):
The revamped in‑product help widget featuring AI‑powered search, semantic understanding, and contextual content delivery.

Virtual Chat Assistant (VCA):
Our AI‑powered chatbot that enables self‑serve support and seamless escalation to live agents.

Key responsibilities:

Design end‑to‑end conversational experiences that seamlessly blend reactive help (search, chat, troubleshooting) with proactive nudges (recommendations, onboarding checklists, feature adoption).

Define interaction patterns for AI‑powered help experiences that feel trustworthy, contextual, and effortless across desktop and mobile.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with PM, engineering, AI/ML, data science, and customer support teams to deliver high‑impact features.

Champion design quality by establishing patterns and leveraging design systems.

Navigate complexity independently across multiple product surfaces (Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Learning, etc.) while maintaining ecosystem consistency.
