is seeking a creative and analytically-driven Content & Social Growth Manager to lead our consumer-facing content strategy and drive organic growth across all digital channels. This role will architect and execute a comprehensive content ecosystem that educates, engages, and converts our 152+ million user community while establishing as the trusted voice in digital identity.
You will own the creation and distribution of content across social media, blog, SEO, and emerging AI-powered channels. You'll leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge AI tools to optimize content performance, improve discoverability, and scale our organic reach. This role requires both creative storytelling ability and technical fluency in SEO, social algorithms, and agentic AI optimization.
This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Community, Customer Support, and Growth teams to deliver content that drives awareness, engagement, and user acquisition while maintaining 's commitment to privacy, security, and accessibility.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives organic growth across owned channels, with clear KPIs for traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Create compelling, consumer-facing content including blog posts, social media content, guides, tutorials, FAQs, and multimedia assets that simplify complex identity and security topics.
- Build content frameworks that educate users on digital identity, privacy protection, fraud prevention, and the benefits of the platform.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, is accessible to diverse audiences, and reflects 's mission of "No Identity Left Behind."
- Manage 's social media presence across platforms including Twitter/X, Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Reddit and emerging channels.
- Develop platform-specific strategies that drive engagement, community growth, and brand awareness among consumer audiences.
- Create and curate social content calendars, working cross-functionally to amplify product launches, company news, and community stories.
- Monitor social conversations, engage with users authentically, and serve as a voice of the customer back to internal teams.
- Track social media metrics and optimize content strategies based on performance data and platform algorithm changes.
- Leverage generative AI tools to enhance content velocity, research efficiency, and creative ideation while maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search and discovery, including LLM citation, voice search, and conversational AI interfaces.
- Develop strategies to ensure appears in AI-generated responses from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI assistants.
- Experiment with emerging agentic AI tools and platforms to expand 's digital footprint and discoverability.
- Set clear OKRs and KPIs for organic growth, tracking metrics including organic traffic, social engagement, content conversions, and brand sentiment.
- Use data and analytics tools to measure content performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, formats, distribution channels, and CTAs to improve content effectiveness.
- Report regularly on content performance and ROI to leadership, translating metrics into actionable insights.
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or growth marketing, preferably in consumer tech, SaaS, or digital services.
- Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth through content and social media strategies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content creation across formats, from long-form articles to short-form social content.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social listening tools), and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
