Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager with our client located in Sunnyvale, CA.

• IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing corporate IT Facilities and manufacturing projects in structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, audio visual/collaboration, clinical labs, Voice, physical security and cyber‑Security. Project manager will lead high visible projects from discovery, initiation to closure.
• Easily adopt project planning and delivery processes, and participate in strategy, roadmap discussions, project execution and delivery.
• Demonstrate collaboration, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, schedule tracking, resource management and vendor management skills.
• Show proven experience in a result driven environment and continuously improve, develop and deliver initiatives.
• Demonstrate PMO organizational skills to enhance data integrity and accuracy.
• Self‑starter, capable of working with minimal guidance, with strong communication skills.
• Strong experience using Project Management Tools (such as Anaplan, Smartsheet), expert in using Office 365 applications, and fluent in collaboration tools such as Zoom, Cisco Web Ex, Slack.

• Lead and facilitate regular project team meetings; coordinate action items and communicate minutes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project delivery milestones.
• Drive schedule discussions and develop project schedules in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
• Plan, coordinate and manage large IT initiatives while anticipating and mitigating risks.
• Provide insights using tools such as CAD Viewer, Visio, Bluebeam, Lucid charts; use Smartsheet/Excel/Microsoft Project and PowerPoint for planning and tracking.
• Build integrated dashboards using Anaplan, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Project.
• Manage and influence large cross‑functional teams.
• Assist with deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem, driving project maturity and discipline.
• Define and communicate target change schedules; provide input for demand management for IT Facilities projects.

• 12+ years of IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Management/PMO experience.
• Experience in low voltage cabling, audio visual implementations, MDF & IDF design/implementation, network infrastructure setup, cell DAS implementation, vendor and budget management.
• Experience driving project planning sessions; use frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI/business value.
• Ability to articulate business value (ROI) for committed projects to leadership.
• Solid communication skills; comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced technical environment; experience with Agile/Scrum and best practices.
• Proven track record in managing multiple large IT Facilities projects.
• Solid analytical mindset; ability to define and build dashboards for C‑level executives.
• Self‑starter with strong decision‑making abilities; drives projects to completion.
• Track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.
• Effective and clear communication with all levels of the organization.
• Strong prioritization skills; handles multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• PMP and Agile certifications preferred.

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Rate: $75–$82 per hour.
