* As the Verticals Data Science Director for Gemini App, you will be responsible for leading specialized areas such as Health, Education, and Shopping to make sure our AI algorithms and product deliver the most value to our users. You will be a leader capable of navigating novel and highly ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment. You will drive a strategic shift in our operations, evolving our understanding of performance beyond isolated metrics to a holistic view that connects development directly to long-term product success.

You will enable our product and engineering teams to release high quality features and move fast by developing personalization measurements and insights that drive user growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $384,000-$427,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
