As Director, you will manage the complex and cross-functional questions that define the future of Gemini. This isn't about optimizing a single funnel, it’s about understanding the interconnected health of our entire platform. You will be a visionary leader who grows in the space—solving ambiguous problems that don't fit into neat boxes and require a blend of creative intuition and technical aptitude.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $307,000-$427,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Develop sophisticated incrementality models to understand the interplay of Gemini App with other products across the Google ecosystem (including cannibalization and spillover effects).
