You will manage, mentor, and scale a team of triage analysts focused on root cause analysis, balancing people management responsibilities with individual contributor work. You will lead and define the "how" for critical team processes by driving cross-functional initiatives and establishing best practices as a program owner. You will develop, implement, and refine internal processes, incident response playbooks, and workflow improvements to ensure scalability.
You will drive the strategy for AI‑augmented triage, implementing automated root cause synthesis and intelligent anomaly detection to transform reactive manual analysis into a scalable, proactive response framework. You will act as a critical communication layer through collaboration with software engineering, product and program management, and operations to ensure efforts align with overarching company objectives. You will conduct regular training sessions to deepen the team's system knowledge, automation skills, and strengthen cross‑functional relationships.
You will monitor systems to identify trends, regressions, and progressions, ensuring findings are shared and escalated appropriately. You will partner with Data Analytics to track and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and system performance metrics.
