The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team seeks an experienced Delivery Consultant to work closely with customers, design, implement and manage AWS solutions that meet both technical requirements and business objectives. This role focuses on building and deploying AI/ML applications, providing technical guidance across project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation support across the project lifecycle, emphasizing AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor, train, and create reusable artifacts within the organization.

• 5+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with training, fine‑tuning, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• 3+ years of customer‑facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems.
• Experience with cloud ML services (e.g., Amazon Sage Maker) and generative AI applications.
• 3+ years of coding, data querying languages (e.g., SQL), and scripting languages (e.g., Python).

• Knowledge of AWS services (compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, serverless technologies).
• Experience with Sage Maker, Bedrock, EC2, ECS, EKS, Open Search, and holding relevant AWS certifications.
• 2+ years of design, deployment, and evaluation of AI agents & orchestration approaches; experience with open source frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index.
• 5+ years of deep learning, computer vision, human‑robotic interaction, or algorithm implementation using PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Experience building ML pipelines following MLOps best practices, including data preprocessing, distributed & GPU training, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining; container and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Domain expertise in healthcare and life sciences.
