The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team seeks a skilled Delivery Consultant to work closely with customers designing, implementing, and managing AWS solutions. The role helps drive customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, the consultant architect complex, scalable, secure solutions, gather requirements, assess infrastructure, propose migration strategies, provide guidance on industry trends, lead implementation, ensure best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks.

• Designing, implementing, and building complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS.
• Providing technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Acting as trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of database (SQL, No
  
  SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience.
• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.
• 5+ years of software development with object‑oriented language experience.
• 3+ years of cloud‑based solution (AWS or equivalent) system/network/OS experience.
• 7+ years of external or internal customer‑facing project management.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 8+ years of cloud‑based solution (AWS or equivalent) system/network/OS experience.
• 5+ years of hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions or data science experience.
• 8+ years of coding, data querying, scripting languages (SQL, Python).

• Advanced technology degree, or AWS Professional level certification.
• Knowledge of AWS services: compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, serverless.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards: HIPAA, GDPR.
• Experience in performance optimization and cost management of cloud environments.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.
• PhD or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of AWS platform and tools; proficiency in Sage Maker, Bedrock, EMR, S3, Open Search, Step Functions, Lambda, EC2.
• AWS Professional level certifications preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with deep learning, machine learning, CV, GNN, distributed training.
• Experience with data analytics, data engineering, coding, automation, scripting (Terraform, Python).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical & non‑technical audiences.
