Overview

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (Pro Serve) seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customer technical requirements and business objectives. The role focuses on driving customer success throughout the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Designing, implementing, and building complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborating with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

• Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 2+ years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions.

• Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, Sage Maker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2.
• Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Dev Ops Engineer Professional) preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with deep learning, machine learning, CV, GNN, or distributed training.
