As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of program and project roadmaps to drive business priorities, strategic outcomes, and on-time, cost-effective delivery.

* Develop strategy and define ambiguous programs or processes that address significant challenges, measuring success by direct business impact.

* Lead engagement with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across multiple verticals to identify dependencies and assess the impact of new programs, including regulatory, privacy, and compliance initiatives.

* Represent product and engineering teams in cross-functional forums to uncover critical dependencies and drive alignment on shared Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations to ensure seamless collaboration.
