System Architecture Technician
We are seeking a hands-on System Architecture Technician to support the assembly, bring‑up, and maintenance of hardware test platforms in a lab environment. This role focuses on building the infrastructure that enables hardware testing, including wiring, fixturing, cooling, and system integration.
Scope- Assemble and support hardware test platforms.
- Build and integrate wiring, fixturing, cooling systems, and supporting hardware.
- Design and assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Support hardware bring‑up and platform commissioning.
- Troubleshoot, document, and escalate hardware and software issues.
- Assist with fabrication of brackets, fixtures, and other supporting hardware.
- 2+ years of technician experience in a hardware or engineering environment.
- Basic electronics knowledge and experience using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Experience with wire harness assembly, crimping, and soldering.
- Familiarity with basic machining tools.
- Exposure to Linux and command‑line environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
- Experience supporting hardware test labs or validation environments.
- Experience building prototype systems or custom test platforms.
- Familiarity with hardware integration and system bring‑up.
Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00/hr + Depends on work experience
