This role involves meticulously planning and executing high-impact executive-level customer engagements to foster strong strategic relationships. You will be responsible for managing all logistical aspects of these briefings and ensuring a professional, seamless experience for distinguished guests. Your efforts will directly contribute to successful customer interactions and post-briefing follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all logistical requirements for executive briefings.
- Manage and execute briefing sessions with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain speaker information within briefing management software.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support customer engagements.
- Support the tracking of briefing outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in event coordination or customer-facing roles.
Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
