- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience with GPU architecture and graphics APIs.
- Experience with SoC architecture, including silicon development.
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Expertise in GPU architectures, graphics APIs (e.g., Vulkan), GPU compute paradigms, and mobile gaming ecosystems.
- Experience with mobile gaming ecosystems.
- Understanding of mobile constraints.
- Ability to lead initiatives, influence outcomes without direct authority, and drive consensus across different organizations.
- Ability to lead detailed engaged analysis efforts for GPU performance and features.

In this role, you will work cross‑functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to design and develop technologies that improve access to the world’s information. We guide products throughout the execution cycle, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our users.
You will own and define the long‑term graphics processing unit (GPU) product roadmap for Google’s tensor system‑on‑chips (SoCs). You will ensure Pixel devices deliver graphics performance, gaming experiences, and GPU compute capabilities while balancing power, performance, and area (PPA) within the mobile SoC constraints. You will drive strategy from concept to silicon, working closely with engineering, software, Pixel, and external partners.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and advocate a compelling multi‑year GPU roadmap for Tensor SoCs, aligning with Pixel product goals and overall Tensor SoC strategy.
- Conduct in‑depth engaged analysis of mobile GPU architectures, performance, power efficiency, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Translate user needs, gaming workloads, and emerging GPU compute requirements into clear silicon specifications and product requirements documents (PRDs) for the GPU IP.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with Silicon Engineering (Architecture, Design, Perf/Power), Android, Pixel Software, 1P App teams (e.g., Gaming, Chrome), and external GPU IP vendors.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and power targets for the GPU, track progress, and make data‑driven trade‑off decisions throughout the product lifecycle.
US: $240,000 – $334,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
