Consumer Electronics UX Researcher

Job Opportunity

Client is looking for a User Researcher who will be tasked with providing meaningful insights about the connections between hardware and software and to help promote a user centric perspective on these interactions.

• Interface with stakeholders to understand study needs.
• Conduct studies (in-lab and remote) that result in data that supports direct insights about product performance.
• Create reports, and provide report presentations to the team, and answering follow up questions after the presentation is completed.

• 5+ years of experience in user research for consumer products
• Start to finish usability and concept testing, from participant recruitment to final report
• Experience with phone or tablet hardware user research
• Experience with device performance measurement

• Masters degree or higher in cognitive science, usability, human factors, or similar fields.
