Legal Contracts Program Manager

Our client, a leading provider of fintech software, is hiring a Legal Operations Program Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA!

• This is a 15-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!

In this role, the Program Manager will lead contract lifecycle management initiatives by supporting legal operations, implementing CLM systems, and improving workflow automation across commercial teams. They will also manage reporting, contract execution processes, system integrations, and cross-functional projects to help scale the legal department efficiently.

• Lead and support contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, including contract tracking, execution coordination, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Manage legal operations projects by implementing CLM tools, integrating systems, and developing reporting dashboards and analytics for commercial teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with legal, business, and technology teams to improve processes, provide training, and drive scalable operational solutions.

• 5+ years of experience with CLM systems and legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and legal terminology.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
