• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, requirement gathering, scheduling, execution, monitoring, risk and issue management, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Consultants, Technical Leads, Product, Support) to drive smooth implementation and integration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and strong relationship management.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; proactively drive mitigation plans.
• Track project performance, report key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure delivery quality by following best practices, PMO processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and project governance reviews.
• Support resource planning and allocation across assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred).
• Approximately 5 years of proven experience in project management within Professional Services, IT, SaaS, or Consulting domains.
• Hands‑on experience in project implementation and delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Mavenlink, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
