From creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and prototypes, you will envision and bring product experiences to life with an inspired, refined, and magical feel. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products. This is a pivotal and impactful leadership position for an individual passionate about leveraging AI to develop innovative, high-value, and intuitive user solutions. The role involves spearheading the complete lifecycle of AI-driven workflows for Google Ads' global sales team, which comprises over 30,000 sellers.

In this role, you will demonstrated history of conceptualizing, developing, and deploying intricate and imaginative products, and successfully navigating them through periods of rapid expansion and refinement.

Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to You Tube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies.
• Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
• Own a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
• Lead design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes.
• Guide and provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for user research/testing.
