Position Overview
The Tolling Industry Consultant will support the design and implementation of business changes that drive transformation in tolling agencies and transportation authorities, focusing on tasks relating to people, process and technology. Working as part of a collaborative team, the Consultant will contribute to client engagements across back‑office operations, customer service and roadside systems, developing foundational tolling domain knowledge while delivering meaningful outcomes under the guidance of senior practitioners.

Responsibilities- Support the design and implementation of large‑scale operational or technology engagements.
- Contribute to back‑office operations, customer service and roadside system projects.
- Develop foundational tolling domain knowledge, including back‑office systems and roadside technology.
- Deliver outcomes under the guidance of senior practitioners.
- Minimum of 3 years of public service, transportation or tolling industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting large‑scale operational or technology engagements.
- Foundational knowledge of the tolling industry, including back‑office and roadside systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Consulting or advisory experience in a transportation or tolling context.
- Experience working effectively within a team structure and meeting project deadlines.
- Awareness of the competitive landscape in the tolling industry, key vendors, technology providers and peer agencies.
- Curiosity about emerging tolling innovations such as all‑electronic tolling, cashless tolling, interoperability standards and connected vehicle technologies.
- Hands‑on exposure to tolling back‑office platforms or roadside technology deployments.
- Innovative ideas and continuous improvement mindset on client projects.
- Experience supporting client‑facing presentations or stakeholder workshops.
