Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $126000 - $181000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Identify problems and issues across the organization and define/lead programs and processes to solve them.

+ Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.

+ Provide data-driven insights that support decision making and help define, land and execute on our key strategic priorities for the Play and Developer Ecosystem organization.

+ Structure and perform analyses in collaboration with other team members and cross-functional teams, and conduct research to uncover critical insights that will lead to business recommendations.

+ Communicate findings using both sound analytical insight and solid business judgment while influencing team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
