A fast-scaling autonomous vehicle technology company is building out its supply chain organization and looking for a Supply Chain Process and Analytics Manager to own the function from the ground up. This is a newly created, first-of-its-kind role: you'll design and maintain the operational playbook for a recently combined purchasing and supply chain team, replace manual spreadsheets with real-time KPI dashboards, and serve as the lead business voice on ERP enhancements as the company scales hardware production.
Whatyou'll need:
- 7+ years leading process design and optimization for supply chain functions at a high-growth technology or manufacturing company
- 4+ years building process maps (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar) in a hardware or physical-product setting
- Deep, hands-on experience with a major ERP platform (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and a procure-to-pay tool (Coupa or similar)
- Comfort writing SQL or Python and building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Mode
- Real-world use of Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process-improvement frameworks in a supply chain context
