Senior Oracle TL with deep technical skills and functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and key modules (Account Payable, Procurement, Finance Operations, Global Credit Card, Concur) as a SME with 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience and 2+ with R12. Strong SQL/PLSQL/Forms/WF skills, deep knowledge of P2P processes, business context, month end close overview.
Key responsibilities:
- Work extensively with support issues for client's P2P track including Payments, Invoicing, Payables, Accounting, Procurement.
- Collaborate with support teams and work with Development and business users.
- Triage multiple issues, share insights and options on resolving issues.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, discuss solution options and impact analysis of issues.
- As SME, recommend permanent fixes as the best fit solution and workarounds for urgent short term solutions.
