Senior Oracle TL with deep technical skills and functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and key modules (Account Payable, Procurement, Finance Operations, Global Credit Card, Concur) as a SME with 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience and 2+ with R12. Strong SQL/PLSQL/Forms/WF skills, deep knowledge of P2P processes, business context, month end close overview.
Key responsibilities:
Work extensively with support issues for client's P2P track including Payments, Invoicing, Payables, Accounting, Procurement. Collaborate with support teams and work with Development and business users. Triage multiple issues, share insights and options on resolving issues. Strong skills in root cause analysis, discuss solution options and impact analysis of issues. As SME, recommend permanent fixes as the best fit solution and workarounds for urgent short term solutions.
