Customer Program Manager; Technical

Amlogic is a global fabless semiconductor company and delivers turn-key solutions for multimedia consumer devices including Set-top Box, Smart TVs and Smart Home products. As an established industry-leader, Amlogic designs smart SoCs that are used by global brands to deliver next-gen experience to their customers.

We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to manage our growing customer engagements in consumer electronics, smart home, industrial and automotive market segments. In this role, you will manage the adoption and integration of Amlogic SoCs by the customer in their products. You will understand the customer's hardware, software, schedule requirements and work with internal teams to ensure timely response to the customer.

This is a customer facing role that requires a confident and strong communicator.

Experience working with SoCs, embedded software & systems are needed to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage engagement with customers and understand and track their requirements.
• Communicate and drive requirements internally with global cross-functional teams.
• Support customer program through entire lifecycle from evaluation to design-in to mass-production.
• Track, execute, and clearly communicate status and changes to both the customer and internal teams, driving corrective action.
• Provide weekly status reports to key stakeholders that include technical status, schedule, risk, quality and other metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in hardware or semiconductor company as a technical PM or as a field engineer.
• Strong engineering background. Opportunity is open to exceptional engineers with strong communication skills.
• Requires strong technical breadth and depth. Knowledge of embedded software, systems and silicon is needed.
• Prior customer facing experience is mandatory.
• Requires critical thinking skills, outstanding leadership, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.

The annual base salary range for this position is $139,443 - $201,700. Please note that the final base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s overall qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
