, is looking to hire a Data Scientist in Mountain View, CA

Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: Contract - 12+ months

Pay Rate Range: $70 - $79 per hour (DOE)

• Partner with business stakeholders to define, measure, and optimize key funnel metrics to improve end-to-end product performance for the Referral Program.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, including instrumentation, experiment design, statistical significance testing, and reporting.
• Automate KPI reporting, develop dashboards, and build scalable reporting pipelines to improve business visibility and reduce manual effort.
• Perform ad hoc causal and directional analyses to support product decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering teams to develop data-driven product insights and self-service testing capabilities.

• Strong experience with SQL, analytics, and data science methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with A/B testing, causal inference, and time series forecasting.
• Industry experience within Financial Technology (Fin Tech).
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows or a willingness to learn, along with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
