Join a growing procurement organization supporting enterprise technology initiatives across software, cloud services, and hardware. In this role, you ll lead strategic sourcing projects, negotiate complex supplier agreements, and work closely with technical and business leaders to optimize technology investments.
Responsibilities- Manage sourcing projects for enterprise software, cloud technologies, and IT hardware
- Lead competitive bid processes from planning through supplier selection
- Negotiate commercial agreements that improve pricing, reduce risk, and maximize business value
- Collaborate with Technology, Security, Finance, Legal, and operational teams throughout procurement activities
- Identify opportunities to optimize licensing, consolidate vendors, and improve overall technology spend
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships while monitoring performance and contractual obligations
- Analyze market trends to support sourcing strategies and supplier decisions
- Ensure procurement activities align with internal governance and contract standards
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience
- Strong experience negotiating enterprise software and cloud services agreements
- Working knowledge of software licensing models and commercial pricing structures
- Experience leading formal RFx events
- Familiarity with common enterprise technology agreements including licensing, maintenance, MSA, SOW, NDA, and data protection agreements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working across cross-functional and global organizations
