Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a Project Coordinator II to join their team in San Diego, CA.

Summary:

This client is committed to powering prosperity around the world for consumers, small businesses, and the self-employed through its ecosystem of innovative financial management solutions. As part of the Customer Success team, and reporting to the Program Lead, the IDEAS Program Coordinator plays a critical role in the execution and operational success of the client IDEAS (Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, Scale) program.

This role is especially critical during the program's recruitment and onboarding period, when newly recruited businesses need to be fully set up on the client's products ahead of the program's official launch. Duties:

  • Support the Quick Books Online setup and cleanup process, including supportability, access issues, and escalations
  • Support resolution of product carryover issues between cohorts, including extensions for former cohort members
  • Help develop and improve the system for product provisioning for future IDEAS cohorts
  • Build and own the program's monthly reporting process, consolidating dashboards, partner metrics, and KPIs into a single recurring report
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and Slides
  • Develop self-serve resources (FAQs, setup guides, walkthrough videos) to reduce recurring support needs
  • Escalate technical/product questions directly; route non-technical participant questions to the appropriate teammate
  • Manage incoming participant queries across all channels - the shared inbox and questions posted on the community platform
  • Serve as a front-line point of contact for participant questions, escalating technical issues appropriately and routing others to the right teammate
  • Troubleshoot technical setup issues directly with participants
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, and/or community engagement
  • Strong technical and data aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, including building trackers, dashboards, and reporting from multiple data sources
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience troubleshooting directly with end users or clients
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional organization
  • Familiarity with the client's products, small business operations, or fintech is a plus

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a program coordinator who thrives in a matrixed environment, excels at operational execution, and is passionate about social impact and community engagement.
