This role involves leveraging data science techniques to enhance CRM and lifecycle marketing programs for a tax preparation service. You will analyze business metrics, identify performance improvement opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders. The goal is to drive positive business outcomes through data-driven strategies and advanced analytics.

• Analyze business data using statistical modeling and data mining.
• Develop insights and recommendations for improving marketing operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical needs.
• Generate ad hoc data analyses and comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to the development of systems for capturing operational data.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools for reporting.
• Experience in the consumer tax software or financial services industry is preferred.
