The team delivers response quality, user experience, and conversationality for reliable Generative AI informational journeys in collaboration with platform, vertical, and cross-Product Area teams.

Search Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) serve as strategic program leads and thought partners who establish clear, ambitious, and measurable goals with strict accountability and timelines. Leveraging AI tools, they drive automation and agentic solutions to act as critical thinkers, organizational connectors, and key enablers of engineering velocity.

In this role, you will partner directly with Search executives, engineering model captains, area leads, and the Deep Mind OR team to guide model release evaluations and implementation. You will have an understanding of AI model mechanics and the product development life cycle. You must grow under pressure, adapt quickly to fast shifts, and maintain strong operational momentum in a high-intensity environment.
