Your understanding of large‑scale computing solutions, enterprise technology adoption patterns, and past experience with cloud technologies will allow you to regularly engage in deep‑dive discussions and design exercises to create world‑class solutions. You will enjoy keeping your existing technical skills honed and developing new ones in this fast‑paced environment.

Open to traveling 25% domestic with some international.

As a trusted customer advocate, the Solutions Architect (SA) develops the technology strategy for one of our largest global enterprise customers in a complex and multi‑faceted environment. You will interface with senior executive leaders and cloud architects daily to build relationships and enable them as cloud advocates. You will help the customer become an AI‑Enabled Enterprise by implementing leading‑edge technologies, designing advanced cloud‑based solutions, adopting cloud best practice designs, and modernizing enterprise workloads in the cloud.

You will partner with various AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that solve customer business problems, build mindshare, and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. In collaboration with the sales team, you will drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth across a wide portfolio of technologies. The ability to connect technologies to measurable business value is a critical skill for the SA role;

you must think strategically about business challenges and articulate technical solutions to solve those problems.

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

• Experience working within software development or Internet‑related industries.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
• Experience with design, deployment, and evaluation of agentic AI systems.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
