Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join Identity Design team, where you'll help shape onboarding and identity verification experiences. In this role, you'll design end-to-end experiences that help customers join business accounts, verify their identity, and move seamlessly across client's products while balancing customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and security requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Design end-to-end onboarding, business account invitation, and identity verification experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Design System components.
• Communicate customer journeys, design decisions, and recommendations through presentations and design artifacts.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and User Research throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Deliver detailed design specifications, support implementation, and conduct design reviews before launch.
• Test and refine experiences using customer feedback, usability testing, and product data, while independently driving design decisions when research support is limited.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools where appropriate to improve design exploration, iteration, and documentation.

Must have

Skills:

• 5+ years of senior-level Product Design experience leading complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Expert proficiency in Figma with strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex workflows in onboarding, identity, platform, enterprise, or fintech products.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex customer journeys.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and User Research teams.

Industry Experience

Required:

Experience designing identity verification, authentication, authorization, permissions, enterprise account systems, or cross-product platform experiences is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
