Job Summary:

You will be instrumental in orchestrating this transformation, bridging high-level AI concepts with the necessary technical infrastructure. The position requires a systems-thinking approach to manage complex, cross-functional programs and ensure our platforms are optimized for agentic workflows while maintaining critical system integrity.
- Drive the organization's agentic maturity through strategic technical leadership.
- Collaborate with architects to expose services for autonomous agent navigation.
- Oversee the rollout of the agent-driven development dashboard for leadership visibility.
- Facilitate efficiency gains through systematic adoption of agentic workflows.
- Manage the go-to-market strategy for core agentic development tools and capabilities.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment abilities.
- This role requires experience in the financial technology (Fintech) industry, with a focus on transforming software development processes.
