• Manage, configure, and optimize business systems and operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams
• Support and improve key GTM platforms, including Hub Spot and other CRM, marketing automation, project management, and data enrichment tools
• Support system integrations, data flows, and process automation across the GTM technology stack
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews that consolidate cross-functional data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
• Conduct proactive business and operational analysis to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making
• Partner with stakeholders to prepare executive‑level deliverables, including recurring business performance reviews, management reporting, and Board presentations
• Harness AI in project execution, workflow automation, data analysis, and day‑to‑day operations to improve efficiency and business impact
• Serve as a day‑to‑day resource for data, reporting, systems, and operational requests, helping teams resolve issues and execute efficiently
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and strengthen data quality across GTM operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Hands‑on experience with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms;
  Hub Spot experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to harness AI tools to improve project execution, analysis, automation, and day‑to‑day productivity
• 1‑2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
