Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience with ranking and relevance systems at scale.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Deep experience with data and experimentation and deduce product nuanced insights.
- Strong understanding of AI/machine learning, information retrieval, and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with large-scale AI/ML, deep learning models, LLMs, data analysis.
- Ability to work with executive leadership to drive alignment across business areas, and understand technical algorithms.

As a Senior Product Manager for You Tube Ads Quality, you will lead the goals and execution for how we match the right ad to the right user at the right time. You will own the core machine learning and ranking strategies that dictate ad delivery across You Tube’s surfaces (In-Stream, Shorts, Feed). In this role, you will partner closely with executive Engineers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional leaders to evolve our auction dynamics and recommendation models.
