The Pixel Device Software (SW) team is responsible for the core software running on Google first-party devices such as Pixel Phones, consisting of major software subsystems such as graphics, display, audio, Ambient, sensors, authentication, security, etc.

In this role, you will track overall software development for Pixel devices, from concept to launch. This includes planning for product roadmap, software development (pre and post silicon and in-market) and releases; managing milestones readiness, and collaborating with cross-Product Area/functional teams (Hardware, Software, Carriers, Android, UX, testing, and Product) to deliver the products on time with high quality.

Our work is equal parts technical, strategic, and executional. You will be equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as they are discussing technical trade-offs with engineers. As a Technical Program Manager on this team, you will be responsible for managing planning and execution of end-to-end product features and Pixel devices. You'll work with our cross-functional Hardware, Software, Product management as well as external Pixel partners teams, effectively collaborate across geographies to deliver high quality features to our users.
