Trademark Attorney​/Legal Associate

Trademarkia is hiring a UK-licensed (or license-eligible) attorney to join our team in Mountain View, California
.

This is an entry‑level role with full training provided. We are looking for someone early in their legal career who wants to build a long‑term career in international trademark law.

You will work closely with U.S. trademark attorneys and support UK and European trademark matters, while gaining exposure to global trademark practice.

💰 $90,000+ per year

• Work directly with UK and international clients
• Conduct client consultations (Google Meet)
• Explain trademark strategy clearly and confidently
• Assist with UKIPO and EUIPO trademark filings
• Help manage international trademark portfolios
• Support office actions and client communications
• Collaborate with U.S.
  
  -licensed attorneys on global matters

We use modern tools, including AI and video (Loom), to communicate efficiently with clients.

• Law degree from the UK or EU
• Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) in the UK or a European jurisdiction
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with clients
• Interest in trademark and intellectual property law
• Willing to work full‑time in the SF Bay Area (hybrid schedule)
• Open to using AI tools in legal work

No prior trademark experience required — we provide training.

We recognize that the cost of living in Silicon Valley is significantly higher than in Arizona and many other markets. To reduce the financial barrier to relocating, we offer optional shared corporate housing in Mountain View for up to one year.

This includes:

• A private bedroom.
• Shared bathroom accommodations
• Housing located in our corporate building
• Immediate proximity to the office

This arrangement allows new attorneys to transition to the Bay Area without the upfront burden of securing and furnishing an apartment in one of the most expensive rental markets in the country.

Attorneys are free to obtain their own housing at any time. The corporate housing option is designed to provide flexibility and reduce relocation risk while you establish yourself in the firm and the region.
