Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Good experience in Supply Chain Management for NPI programs/environment, preferably Automotive Industry

5+ years in Inventory management, cycle count adjustments, Invoice resolution (IR Vs. GR), Data analysis – inventory

Accuracy and Inventory turns

Knowledge of materials management & warehouse operations,

Extensive usage of SAP – inventory count/physical inventory.

Analytical:
Strong Google Sheets/ Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Visualization) and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of inventory data by validating the inventory levels at both Company sites and Consigned material at Suppliers in the ERP
• Invoice Resolution (Gr vs. IR)
• Resolving invoice discrepancies in a timely manner to avoid supplier disruption to payment
• Create Stock Transport Order (STOs)?
• Make cycle count adjustments
• Oversee appropriate system parameters, profiles, safety stocks, display minimums, etc. to achieve store/item in-stock goals and objectives
• Facilitate cross-functionally within operations, sales, transportation and inventory coordinators
• Complete transactions in ERP system.
• Assist in the creation of production schedules.
• Compile and analyze information related to inventory accuracy, Inventory turns.
• Reconcile accounts, review reconciliations, and make sure that all outstanding items are properly cleared.
• Utilize SAP to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, and other activity. Coordinate with warehouse management to adjust SAP inventory as required.
• Communicate and develop process improvements as needed.
• Assist in the warehouse with miscellaneous activities including receiving, shipping and put away processes and transfers to/from the production areas as needed.
• Production data reports, including volume produced, consumption of raw material or quality control measures
• Discrepancy reports of over/under amounts and any damaged product reports
• Process improvement documentation that include but are not limited to cycle counts and inventory management
• Auditable inventory integrity reports

• Inventory Aging:
  Monitor and report on slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Drive action plans for disposition to free up warehouse space.
• KPI Management:
  Manage key metrics including Inventory Accuracy, Aging, Inbound/ Outbound throughput.
• Special Projects:
  Act as onsite lead for any special projects as requested.
