Reporting to:
Director Supply Chain Enablement and Transformation (Hybrid role)
- Drive supply chain readiness and resilience through deep‑dive analysis of supply chain health across sourcing, lead times, cost, and quality, while leading the supply chain qualification roadmap to ensure continuity during production ramp.
- Identify risks within global supply chain strategies, update project schedules, communicate status and risks, influence change, and represent the New Product Introduction Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings.
- Act as the primary materials liaison with JDM, CM and suppliers, manage spend against project budgets, and handle large production risk buys and strategic buffers.
- Serve as the escalation channel for all supply chain issues to unlock product development and ensure a smooth product ramp.
- Develop and document the global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers, procurement model, lead time, shipment logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment model, and spare strategies.
- Lead initiatives and process improvements with cross‑functional alignment and influence organization‑level changes to grow scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of industry experience in supply planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and/or operations.
- 10+ years of program management experience, leading complex operational and strategic programs, with proven ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.
- Experience working in NPI and sustaining phases of the product lifecycle.
- Excellent executive communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working with the APAC cross‑functional team, suppliers, and in APAC time zones.
- 12+ years in a supply planning, supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and/or operations role.
- 7+ years of experience working in NPI and sustaining phases of the product lifecycle.
- Dashboarding experience in spreadsheets and PLX.
The expected base salary range for this full‑time position across U.S. locations is $190,000 – $234,000 USD.
