Warranty Analyst – Automotive Supply Chain
We are seeking a Warranty Analyst to support automotive warranty operations and claims processing within a fast‑paced supply chain environment. This role is focused on the execution and management of warranty claims from a dealership and OEM support perspective, working closely with cross‑functional operations, service, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate claim handling and resolution.
Scope- Review, process, and submit automotive warranty claims in accordance with OEM requirements and policies.
- Track claim status, documentation, approvals, and reimbursement timelines.
- Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, service, operations, and dealership partners to resolve claim discrepancies and missing information.
- Analyze warranty trends, recurring issues, and claim patterns to support operational reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, supporting documentation, and audit trails.
- Coordinate with OEM warranty systems and dealership portals to ensure timely claim execution.
- Support parts and repair validation related to warranty reimbursement activities.
- Assist with process improvements and standardization of warranty workflows.
- Experience processing or managing automotive warranty claims from a dealership or OEM perspective.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair workflows, warranty documentation, and reimbursement processes.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor with minimal oversight.
- Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross‑functional operational or supply chain teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with Jaguar or Hyundai warranty systems and workflows.
- Background supporting automotive supply chain, dealership operations, or field service programs.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, service portals, or claims tracking systems.
- Experience identifying warranty claim trends and operational inefficiencies.
Estimated Min Rate: $35.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00/hr depends on work experience
