Job Summary
Bizzell US has an immediate opening for an on-site Operations Manager in Mountainview, California, responsible for managing NASA AMES facilities operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage NASA AMES facilities maintenance operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise operations, monitor budgets, order equipment and supplies, ensure work order completion, and coordinate with personnel and subcontractors.
- Communicate policies and procedures effectively with all stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance audits and maintain incident logs.
- Develop corrective action plans to uphold safety and standards.
- Oversee updates to operating procedures and prepare reports.
- Maintain and submit required documentation.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an access card.
Education and Experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a federal clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 15 years of operational management experience.
- 10 years of federal government contracting experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
