As an Administrative Business Partner at Intrinsic, you are the strategic "bridge builder" at the intersection of our Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams. Supporting three highly collaborative leaders, you act as an Impact Multiplier who synchronizes internal rhythms and serves as a vital liaison for high‑stakes external partners and customers. Your mission is to build the "Automated Executive" by using AI and systems thinking to handle the "interruptions" (scheduling, travel, and routine comms), allowing you to focus on the "discretion"—navigating complex stakeholder relationships and preventing strategy collisions before they occur.

Unlike a traditional gatekeeper, you are a facilitator who protects leadership bandwidth while ensuring the team remains accessible and mission‑aligned.

• Synchronize High‑Collaboration Teams: Connect the dots between Engineering, R&D, and Commercial work streams to ensure alignment and prevent operational bottlenecks.
• Manage High‑Stakes External Moats: Act as a professional liaison for industrial partners and customers, ensuring external stakeholders feel heard and prioritized.
• Build the Automated Executive: Develop and deploy Gemini prompts and automated workflows (Apps Script) to streamline travel, expenses, and routine communications.
• Strategic Shadowing: Proactively analyze upcoming leadership cycles to identify "energy drains" or logistical bottlenecks 48 hours in advance.
• Execute Strategic Partner Tasks: Manage complex facilities coordination and medium‑to‑large scale projects that sustain Intrinsic’s cultural and operational excellence.
