About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Senior Manager, you will serve as a core leader in our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) organization, driving the strategy and execution of world‑class workplace services. In this role, you will manage cross‑functional teams and external partners across diverse service lines, including Creative Amenities and Health and Performance. Acting as the primary client liaison, you will champion operational excellence by utilizing data‑driven insights and cutting‑edge AI tools to optimize workflows and elevate the user experience.

Additionally, you will foster a 'Talent Exporter' culture, prioritizing mentorship, continuous coaching, and professional development to build a high‑performing team and support long‑term career growth across CBRE.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering trusted relationships and leveraging data‑driven insights to negotiate priorities, align business objectives, and proactively resolve conflicting demands.
  • Engage directly with executive‑level stakeholders beyond day‑to‑day points of contact to build strategic alignment, communicate high‑level value, and secure long‑term partnership buy‑in.
  • Spearhead the end‑to‑end Quarterly Business Review (Q ) process, driving strategic content creation, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders, and delivering compelling executive presentations that highlight business value.
  • Oversee overarching Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by establishing rigorous tracking mechanisms, delivering comprehensive quarterly reports, and proactively developing mitigation strategies for any at‑risk metrics.
  • Direct and mentor cross‑functional teams, cultivating a positive environment through dedicated coaching, performance management, and continuous professional development.
  • Champion and oversee high‑impact strategic initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring strict alignment with overarching business goals and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Direct daily program operations, optimizing resource allocation and championing continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and significantly reduce manual effort.
  • Champion operational excellence by integrating cutting‑edge AI tools into core workflows, automating complex reporting processes, and extracting actionable trends from service line data.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end program budget and take direct ownership of contract management, leading strategic negotiations, mitigate financial risks, and ensure alignment with fiscal targets.
What You’ll Need:
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information in conversations, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products. AI experience preferred.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
