• Support an autonomous vehicle company’s Supply Chain department with a focus on materials planning.
• Apply manual demand planning (Manual MRP) using Excel/Google Sheets; no SAP, ERP, or software suite will be utilized for planning.
• Manage the Clear To Build (CTB) report, understand it as an MRP, and leverage related terms (shortage report, build status report, batch production) as applicable.
• Perform Manual Demand Planning
  , Manual Production Planning
  , and Manual MRP as the key requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing build plans against inventory and supply chain data to determine material replenishment needs.
• Retrieve quotes from suppliers and submit purchase orders.
• Manage delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive ahead of required dates.
• Track and mitigate excess and obsolescence of materials.

• Advanced spreadsheet/Excel skills; ability to generate complex dashboards, tools, and reports. Proficiency with formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IFERROR, INDEX, MATCH, MIN, etc.).
• Experience as a Materials PM, Buyer/Planner, Materials Planner, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of reading and understanding bills of materials (BOMs) and inventory accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) system functionality.
• Degree in Supply Chain or related field is ideal.

• Competitive pay range:
  Estimated Min Rate $40.00;
  Estimated Max Rate $45.00/hr (depends on experience).
