About the Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Commure, you will collaborate directly with healthcare clients, understand their needs, and actively participate in the design and implementation of customized solutions. You will provide technical support, tackle various challenges, and maintain vital documentation, while contributing innovative ideas to keep pace with evolving healthcare technology trends.

• Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client sites, build on site, and demo.
• Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
• Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem‑solving during deployment and integration phases.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
• Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
• Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.
• Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions.
• Visit new places and meet interesting people in the heart of healthcare.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of full‑stack engineering principles and system design.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
• Experience building 0‑1 products.
• Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused healthcare environment.
